About me

Hi, I'm Breanna Baildon. Registered Dietitian and Nutrition & Health Coach

You can call me Bre! I’m a huge fan of good pizza, living overseas, and hanging out with my husband & rescue pup. It’s my passion and mission to help others (especially educators) create sustainable nutrition & health habits to enjoy eating delicious food, save time, and gain energy!

I’m grateful to have a career combining food, cooking, nutrition, and health. It’s amazing to help others learn about healthy habits through food without having to follow a strict (and destined to fail) diet or buy expensive supplements.

I work with teachers because I understand firsthand how draining your days and weeks are. After seeing the low energy that my educator family members, friends, and clients were struggling with, I wanted to do something for them. I created a system & program to teach teachers how to effortlessly eat right and build habits that last so that you can do the impactful, important work that you get to do each day.

You can trust that my advice and recommendations are always evidence-based. I don’t promote supplements, diets, fads, one-size-fits-all, quick-fixes, or any sort of hacks. I practice with integrity and respect your goals, challenges, and privacy.

  • MS in Health & Wellness Coaching from Creighton University - Omaha, NE
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (since 2015)
  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (since 2018)
  • Graduate Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine (Creighton University 2018)

My approach to your health & wellness

Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all or a quick-fix. It has to be customized and sustainable. Knowledge Nutritionist clients learn how to eat to meet their unique goals and needs. They are able to menu plan, grocery shop, cook, and eat out with confidence, enjoying delicious food without having to buy expensive supplements or give up their favorite foods.

You'll learn how to use nutrition as a form of self-care, so that you are fueled, energetic, and passionate. When that happens, you’re excited and able to give back to the important things that bring your purpose and meaning in life.

You have enough to worry about.
